Kai Kitayama A Joy ForgottenSmall and innocent.
Taking in all that he sees,
The baby can find joy in even the slightest little thing
Because everything is new,
An adventure waiting to be opened
The lack of knowledge brings happiness
Where facts restrict the ability to appreciate
When was the last time,
That playing with blocks was like a computer game?
And observing a butterfly was like watching TV?
With age, the capability to revere disintegrates
All the wonderful delights, are abandoned
The years that one was a baby
The joys forgotten
The joys, that all should remember
And admire once again, as an adult
