Keys

Up and down delicate bar,
Clicks, rings, then fades,
Like the emotions in my head

Melodies flutter out like butterflies,
Rushing out of their opened cages

Slippery like fish in water,
That click, ring, then fade

Blacks and whites all over,
Dull colors of our world

Bars of ornate and intricacy,
Warm hearts when in action

As if I were to speak,
And it to respond

On the fingertips of my pals,
Are the bars that I can shine on

The Piano
