I’m sorry for the things

I’ve done.

I’m sorry for the mistakes

I’ve made.

I’m sorry for the choices

I’ve chosen.

I’m sorry for the lies

I’ve told.

I’m sorry for the risks

I’ve taken.

But most of all

I’m sorry,

That I’m not really sorry at all.

And given the chance,

I’d do it all again.

Because life

Without these acts

Would be meaningless.
